Refund and Returns

As each piece will be unique to you, your product will vary in shape and colour to the pictures on my website, if you would like to see a picture of your product please contact me before you make a purchase at hello@traceylilleyceramics.com

While I take every care packaging my products, if an item is damaged during delivery please contact me immediately within 48 hours with a photo of damaged goods and a replacement item will be sent as soon as it is available.

No refund on bespoke orders once they have been produced as they are handmade especially for you.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order please contact me immediately as the  order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

If the order has been dispatched then you can return the item in the same condition it arrived within 30days and you will be issued a refund for the item excluding delivery costs.

Privacy

Your information will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and informing you of any new products and special offers your details will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
